Bitcoin Platform: Global universal Bitcoin platform to buy, send, spend, borrow, learn, and earn. The Beta launched in January and has garnered rave user reviews — particularly for UX and beautiful design. They were live on stage at BTC Prague, amongst ten finalists selected for the Pitch Day competition: 

• The five judges said, “[NAME REDACTED] is the app we all want to see in the market.” 

• Accordingly, [NAME REDACTED] was awarded “Best Pitch” and “Best Team” 

The co-founders have bootstrapped the company thus far and are ready for a public launch later this year. This is a great time to get in early. 

E-commerce/B2B Retail Company: Southeast Asia’s leading E-commerce platform that operates across B2B, B2G, and B2C verticals.

• $100M expected 2023 revenue

• 1.5M+ customers

• 2.5M+ SKUs across 10k+ merchants

The company is raising on a Pre-IPO convertible note (great investor terms) with a planned listing on the US markets in the second half of 2024.  

AI/FinTech/LegalTech Company: AI as a service to analyze business contracts.

• 558% YoY growth

• $3.5M ARR

• 20+ enterprise customers

Over 50% of the current round is committed and the company is backed by Guggenheim, PIF, Great Oaks Venture Capital, Align Ventures, and others.

PropTech Company – Home equity access solutions targeting cash-light/rich-in-equity homeowners in a massive $33T market.

• $31M in top-line revenue FY2022

• Innovating by using Home Equity Agreements (HEA) for homeowners that can’t qualify for home equity loans or HELOCs

• Raised ~$500M in credit in 2023 from Barclays, Texas Capital Bank, and Jefferies

The company is raising $10M in a Series A extension to scale faster with greater profitability and solidify its position as the dominant market leader.

Portfolio company news 🗞

Fox Ventures portfolio company, Onramp Invest, a digital asset wealth management platform, is acquired by Securitize.

This partnership will enable Onramp’s client base of RIAs representing over $40B in AUM to access Securitize’s suite of top-performing alternative assets like private equity, private credit, secondaries, real estate, and more.

Fox Ventures invested $1.4M in Onramp’s Seed round in 2021.
