F Partners is advising a sponsor on a $450K litigation loan, secured by case proceeds with a favorable legal positioning. SPV receives return of capital plus an 8% pref repaid before participating in a 50/50 upside split on case proceeds. Very favorably structured towards the SPV with potential asymmetrical returns. 

Maturity: July 31, 2026 (extendable).

Asset Class: Private Credit

Alt Lending acquires student loans at 15–50% of face value, restructures them into fixed-rate, long-term repayment plans (typically 5% over 10 years), and services them for 12 months to reclassify them as performing. The portfolio is then monetised via borrower repayments, refinancing, or sale, often achieving 70–90% of principal value.
