Business Overview:
We are acquiring a recurring maintenance asphalt paving company headquartered in Florida. The business performs national paving maintenance for blue-chip customers such as Walmart, Wells Fargo, CBRE, Burger King, and several other marquee clients.

The Owner is rolling 40–50% equity and remains fully committed to the long-term growth of the company.

Financial Profile:
The company generates approximately $15.5M in revenue and $6.5–7.0M of EBITDA, supported by 50%+ net margins.

In Q4 2025, the business averaged $2M per month and has clear operational capacity to scale to $3M per month with the existing crews and equipment.

Experience:
Over the past 15 months, we have led three acquisitions in the paving sector through The Pave, building a multi-state platform across maintenance, commercial, and municipal paving.

Our background includes structuring roll-ups, integrating acquisitions, and scaling operations to drive meaningful margin expansion and growth.

Why This Deal Stands Out:
This process was highly competitive—27 bidders submitted LOIs—and we ultimately won the deal due to our operating expertise, integration track record, and hands-on support model.

Unlike most competitors, this company is one of the few in the country that self-performs national maintenance work and completes 90% of projects in-house, giving it superior control, speed, and margins.
