Mogul is a Tim Draper backed startup founded by Goldman Sachs alumni that democratizes real estate investment by allowing individuals to invest in fractional property ownership with as little as $250. 

The platform offers access to curated real estate opportunities, aiming to provide average annual returns between 15% and 20%.

The platform employs blockchain technology, built on Avalanche, to enhance security and efficiency in tracking property ownership and investments. Each property undergoes rigorous vetting, with less than 1% of evaluated properties making it onto the platform.

Mogul finished 2024 with $500k in ARR and is projecting a $7M ARR in 2025 - this fundraise will allow them to launch worldwide and launch a fully liquid secondaries market with derivatives.

Raising a $4M SAFE led by Draper Associates. Other investors include Draper Dragon and Draper B1.

Backed by Chris Sacca and Peter Thiel, Neurable is a leading brain-computer interface (BCI) technology for wellness tracking, clinical diagnostics, and hands/voice free control.

They collaborate with OEMs to integrate their patented signal processing AI into any head-worn device (from ear buds to glasses to military helmets) without sacrificing the looks and the form-factor by eliminating the need for bulky sensors.

Here are the highlights: 

· On track to generate $10mm in revenue this year resulting in a 5X YoY growth

· $5mm secured in DoD contracts, with an additional $15mm contract pending approval

· Already on the market inside Master and Dynamic’s headphones in their first licensing deal winning over 12 awards last year

· Working to deploy their AI in the devices of five major global OEMs in consumer electronics

 We are investing as part of an $8mm Series A+ round.

Alt Lending acquires student loans at 15–50% of face value, restructures them into fixed-rate, long-term repayment plans (typically 5% over 10 years), and services them for 12 months to reclassify them as performing. The portfolio is then monetised via borrower repayments, refinancing, or sale, often achieving 70–90% of principal value.

Ligo Partners is a single family office run by Alec Andronikov (Principal) and Cindy Mihalova (Chief Investment Officer) based in Miami. 

Ligo Partners co-invest with a discrete and invitation-only consortium of like-minded investors into disruptive tech-focused deal flow sourced directly from family offices and top venture capital firms worldwide. 

In parallel, Ligo Partners invests in tech debt financings; tech secondaries; roll-up strategies with a tech component; off-market real estate opportunities and investment funds that have successfully demonstrated at least a 1x DPI metric from prior performance.
